Hello, everybody, this is Changyang production plant, and I'm going to give you a step-by-step introduction according to the production process, so that you can see for yourself that we pay strict attention to product quality throughout the entire process.

What you see now is the core of extruding. During this process, we use German SIKORA's online inspection and control system in order to determine cable diameter, capacitance value in water, eccentricity and ellipticity. We also use it to make an FFT analysis.
The next step is to twist the pair tubes to form and weave cables.

The next process is the welding line. After welding completion, we will inspect the electrical characteristics, such as the connection point in the wire body and the conduction impedance.

After the welding is complete, we will carry out external mold forming, followed by the detection of electrical characteristics such as the wire junction and the conduction impedance.

After the processing and molding of cables, we will simulate actual usage environments, conduct a Simplay test on the cable, and conduct a network analyzer test and application test, so as to ensure the quality of each Changyang product.
